In this issue...
Hey there š,
This past week, Iāve been running hard on two tracksāLetter Operators and AgentStackerāand theyāre starting to overlap in ways I didnāt expect.
Both started as services. Both now feel like infrastructure.
With Letter Operators, we now manage over 200K emails a week running 14 newsletters. Our customers keep control of their beehiiv, grow through ad revenue, and get content that sounds like themābecause itās pulled from their real-world digital footprint and shaped by custom AI workflows.
Weāre not trying to be another ghostwriting service. Weāre trying to kill ghostwriting altogether.
This is content thatās remembered, not just generated.
At the same time, AgentStacker has taken off from its origins building an onboarding agent for a WordPress agency. What started as tailored AI experiences that walk new clients through onboarding, sync with internal ops, and generate reports has now evolved into a streamlined productized menu.
Both businesses now orbit the same principle: Replace clunky SaaS and human bottlenecks with lean agentic workflows that own delivery.
Hereās how thatās starting to lookā¦
š§ Letter Operators: the creative OS play
Weāre continuing to build a backend that turns our DFY service into a software-enabled system. Think Notion x beehiiv x Makeābut without the mess. The AI stack connects:
Customerās website/socials/assets ā into brand voice memory
Weekly prompts ā trigger long-form drafts
Inline editing ā human passes ā auto-formatting for Beehiiv
Analytics pulled back for client updates
And because the customer owns their beehiiv account, they can run their own boosts, tap into the ad network, and even resell space. This would not be possible if weād chosen to go onto a beehiiv enterprise plan and put every customer in our account.
And weāre now testing a customer dashboard that shows upcoming drafts, approvals, ad inventory, and revenueācompletely async.
āļø AgentStacker: Onboarding Agents & Client OS
Iāve now productized AgentStacker into two standalone offers, making it easier for us to both sell and deliver.
It started with custom builds: onboarding agents, dashboards, internal routing flows. But the more we delivered, the more we saw patterns. Same problems, same hacks, same bloated SaaS tools duct-taped together with Zapier and VA labor.
So we packaged the whole thing into a productized menu.
For $5K, Lead OS turns your intake flow into an AI-powered onboarding experienceābuilt to qualify leads, sync with your stack, and actually do something useful with form submissions.
And for agencies outgrowing SPP, we now offer Client OS: a fully branded, ownable client portal with integrated payments, messaging, task tracking, and AI workflows behind the scenes. One-off build, no ongoing SaaS fees, no endless human friction. Thatās $15K delivered in about a month.
Most teams are paying $300 to $500 a month for SPP, then layering in manual work anyway. Weāre giving them an AI-native alternative that replaces both the software and the staffing.
Next up is starting outbound email to marketing agencies as unlike LetterOperators, weāre not getting that many inbound leads now.

š Solana Leads On-Chain Meta
Itās been a bullish week across the board, with most tokens (outside the majors) up around 50%:
As I featured in the news section, the current narrative is Internet Capital Marketsāfinancial markets moving fully on-chain, as outlined in Multicoinās latest thesis. Solana is leading thanks to stronger on-chain metrics like daily active addresses and trading volumes in 2025.
The Solana ecosystem is expanding in two directions. Horizontally, itās supporting more asset types, from memecoins to equities. Vertically, itās capturing more financial services revenue.
And with NFTs, since I featured it last week, Garyās Giraffe Tower has doubled from a 5 SOL floor to 10, and jumped from #12 to #5 on Tensor!
That said, Iām done trading. Iām just chilling in Strategy, letting my pension grow tax free and hassle free.
