Hey there 👋

This past week we’ve made big strides in productizing LetterOperators — removing anything custom, cutting out sales calls, and doubling down on simplicity and scale.

Instead of pitching on calls, I’m shifting my focus to partnerships. We’ve started referring out design and growth work to trusted specialists (such as Dillon at Thunderclap), keeping our core offer clean: done-for-you newsletters powered by AI.

We’ve also launched our new entry point at OneDollarLetters.com, offering the first newsletter for just $1. It’s our way of showing what we can do — no friction, no fluff. Once we’ve seen performance data, we’ll open this up with a proper affiliate program too.

On the brand front, things are evolving fast. We’ve got a new logo and color palette incoming — and more importantly, we’re designing a mascot, which we plan to bring to life as a plushie gift for customers and a key part of our identity.
