🛒 Ecommerce: I really like this listing as it combines my twin loves of specialty coffee and the Netherlands (where the business/seller is located). The business has created its own brand and supplies its products to hotel chains, and I think I’ve actually come across it on my Euro travels this summer. It’s built on a Dutch based POS and website system and has a small amount of organic search traffic (~100/m according to Ahrefs), but very low domain rating. It’s on a really great branded two word .com which has value to me. This is not a typical acquisition, displayed by the €200K asking price which on the €1,522/m profit gives it a 11x annual multiple, but inventory is included - Listing URL

The Rule of Seven states that a prospect needs to interact with a brand at least seven times before they’re likely to take action or make a purchase. Brand visibility in an influencer run newsletter should be valued as much as performance. This is why I price on CPM starting at $70 for a single placement but drops to $30 in a bundle.
