🔥 Momentum Is Back in Stock

Hey there 👋,

I hope it’s not bragging to say that I’m riding on a wave of momentum right now. I’ll make sure it’s not by saying that 3 months ago I was willing to throw in the towel on everything I was doing and just play poker for a living. The fact I’ve not done so is all because I finally have the right business partners.

When Ryan, now my biz partner at AgentStacker, reached out 3 months ago everything started to fall into place. In the highest agency way possible, Ryan built me an app to better display the 15+ different offers I had at the time, none of which was close to achieving traction. There was no ask, just use it if I wanted to.

He had essentially vibe coded/designed a solution for me before these terms had been coined. Fast forward to today and we have already quoted for over $100K of work to help agencies improve their workflows and leverage custom app solutions that eliminate the need for existing ongoing subscriptions. We have started work with our first client and are about to onboard a second.

And then there’s Maciej who co-founded LetterOperators with me two years ago and has led on operations, ensured customer success, and kept the business going when we got stuck at just a handful of customers. I’m always the marketing and sales guy in these partnerships, but I had some kind of mental block and just couldn’t see it scaling.

Now we are running 10+ publications for customers, and have the pipeline to be at 20+ next month. We are sending well over a million emails a month, and are now exploring moving to beehiiv’s enterprise plan which Ryan would connect to the custom app he’s making (featured last week). And our AI workflow will learn what content structure works best for engagement across different niches, and will adjust and improve for all of our customers. Each send will resonate more.

Lastly, I’ve been having a go with vibe design myself. I was able to create a Digital Asset Pro dashboard to help me find websites, domains, newsletters, digital agencies, ecommerce stores etc across the marketplaces to feature each month in the newsletter...

If Patey can now create software it really is a brave new world.
