It’s been another week of using one-off cashflow from AI productized services to scale subscription revenue elsewhere.

At Letter Operators, we’re close to unleashing our full funnel. It starts with an agentic-powered tripwire offer, followed by a one-time offer to our core service.

My main focus is growing LetterOperators’ subscription revenue. Once we hit $15K MRR — enough to cover personal expenses and bankroll the setup of a US-based LLC — we’ll be fully focused on scale and exit.

Until then, I’m continuing to take on high-leverage AI work through Why Not Bot, building custom GPTs for charities at £3K to £5K per project. It’s a great use of my nonprofit background — and a 12-month window before these orgs build the skills to do it in-house.
