đ Pateyâs Update
Hey there đ,
When Maciej and I first launched LetterOperators back in 2023, we were laser-focused on one thing: running newsletters for B2B businesses in sectors we knew. That meant investing, business, and web3 (which still had some heat back then).
It wasnât about ambition. It was constraint. We didnât have a repeatable process. No AI workflows. No automation. Just a handful of talented human writers and a rule: if we couldnât guarantee quality, we wouldnât touch it.
Fast forward to today and the story has completely changed.
Thanks to our custom AI workflows, weâre no longer limited by niche or bandwidth. We can now launch newsletters in any vertical. More importantly, we can step in and run existing newsletters that need consistency, scale, or just less stress.

A perfect example is Grand Voyages, a travel newsletter by longtime subscriber Stacey Parks. She handed over the reins and our system took over. Tone, voice, curation and all.
Iâve embedded a 15 second GIF of our most recent issue, but as youâre likely opening this as an email in Gmail it wonât show (hey.com will FTW) so just click the read online link above to view:

And itâs not just niche newsletters, weâve been doing the same for personal brands. Founders, investors, and operators who want to build an audience but donât have time to write. Think of it as AI ghostwriting, powered by workflows trained to match tone, structure, and style.
It starts with a short onboarding where we capture your voice and intent. Then we plug in curated sources, industry data, and past content if available. The AI stack takes over from there. You still get final approval, but youâre no longer starting from scratch.
The tech has caught up with the vision. Founders shouldnât be content creators unless they want to be. If youâre building something worth sharing, weâll handle the rest.
