Hey there 👋,

Last week I mentioned how time is running out for online business as we know it. That thought’s been echoing ever since.

I built LetterOperators for freedom — the idea was simple: design a business that runs without me. And now it does. Four hours a week, everything handled. The rest of my time is mine again.

But the more I travel, the more I see how temporary this window really is. Over the past two months, I’ve stayed at eight different Hilton and health properties across Western and Central Europe — Prague, Krakow, Wroclaw, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Rotterdam, Kosice — with two more booked before the year’s out. I told myself it was research for Hilton Gold, but really, it became research for something else entirely.

Somewhere between the lobbies, elevators, and early checkouts, I started paying attention to the car parks. Which underground garages felt safe to leave a Tesla in overnight. Which ones had the right lighting, the right airflow, the right kind of quiet. Where you could actually sleep, undisturbed.

That’s when it hit me. I’d been chasing Hilton Gold for months — but I was actually building something better. My own status level.

I call it Steel Tier.

Hilton Gold gave me points and perks. Steel Tier gives me freedom. The new setup is simple: sleep in the Tesla on a Snuuzu mattress — made in the Netherlands, where I’ll soon meet one of the co-founders — and use Hilton as infrastructure. Gym. Shower. Breakfast. Wi-Fi. All the benefits, none of the €250–€350 nightly cost.

The irony is that all this “research” for Gold was just fieldwork for a new system — one built for autonomy, not status. A version of travel that’s frictionless, self-contained, and entirely under my control.

And that shift mirrors what’s happening online. I gave a talk last week at a Slovak university to students studying digital marketing. They wanted to know how to build an online business in 2025. Ten years ago, I could’ve mapped a path: build an audience, automate, scale. Today, I had to be honest — I wouldn’t know where to start.

AI will eat everything. Within two years, there’ll be an app or a voice interface for nearly every task. Next-generation Replit tools will let anyone build what they need instantly. Platforms like Beehiiv will integrate what LetterOperators does natively.

That’s not a bad thing. It’s just the end of an era.

LetterOperators will likely be my last business. It arrived at the perfect time — a bridge between human-crafted systems and self-writing software. I’m proud of that. It’s running smoothly, serving customers, and giving me the space to choose what comes next.

And what comes next is clarity.

I’ll be playing poker, travelling between events, and sleeping in my Tesla across Central Europe — from Hilton to Hilton, car park to car park. Using the same tools differently. Less about status, more about sovereignty.

When I spoke to those students, I told them the same thing I’m telling myself now: own what can’t be replicated. Own a Tesla. Own Bitcoin. Own land. Because at least you can sleep on it — in it — or beside it.

That’s the real freedom dividend.

🧙‍♂️ Automate What’s Meant to Be Automated

When Ryan and I first built AgentStacker, the goal was simple — not to replace people, but to give them leverage that lasts.

Our first breakthrough came with WorkHero, a SaaS team buried under repetitive onboarding calls and unqualified leads. Their landing page had traffic, but no conversation.

So Ryan built them an AI Onboarding Agent that understood their business better than any human rep — answering questions, guiding users, and qualifying leads 24/7.

Kevin’s team stopped wasting hours on the wrong prospects and started focusing on the right ones.

That project became the foundation of Ryan’s next venture: MadSpells — a productized service that builds custom AI agents for $3,000. Each one is a living asset, improving through analytics, feedback, and iteration.
